- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service. I called from another medical facility in regards to a patient's needed care to find out if there were any limitations or instructions and was told the doctor would get back with me and it would be placed on high priority. I called again a day later and was hung up on 4 times by the message machine that said all administrative staff was busy and to call back. Then hung up! What kind of medical facility would do this?
